In addition, the company also announced the promotions of Margaret Lawless to Vice President, Marketing Operations and Analytics; Dana Thomas to Vice President, Content; and Steve Snook to Vice President, Small & Medium Business Sales. Carter Adkinson comes to Relias with more than 15 years of experience at IBM, where he most recently led the structured and unstructured data business as Global Vice President of Sales for Big Data, Database, and Cloud Content Services. Prior to that he was Vice President, Worldwide Sales of Enterprise Content Management. Adkinson joined IBM in 1999 and brings to Relias vast experience in analytics and enterprise sales. “2016 was a record year for Relias. With 20% organic growth and 6 acquisitions, we’ve grown to over 500 employees. The moves come on the heels of Relias Learning’s recent acquisitions of Swank HealthCare and AHC media.
