Relias Press Room Relias Learning Announces Plan to Build New Headquarters in the Triangle Published: July 21, 2017 Company to remain in the area and maintain commitment to job growth and economic development. CARY, NC, July 21, 2017 – Relias Learning, a trusted partner in online analytics, assessments, and learning in the healthcare industry, announced today their intention to build a new corporate headquarters in Morrisville, NC. The move, currently scheduled for the first quarter of 2019, will see the company leave the Crossroads property complex in Cary, where it has been since 2013. “When I joined Relias five years ago, we had 15 employees in the Triangle. Now we have over 400 in the Triangle and 700 in the company,” explained Jim Triandiflou, CEO of Relias. “Our growth shows no signs of slowing down, and we want a long-term home that provides the very best for our employees and that can accommodate our growth. We’re excited to be moving to Perimeter Park, a beautiful complex that exemplifies the best of what the Triangle has to offer the business community.” Relias currently maintains office space in two buildings in the Crossroads complex. The move to Perimeter Park will allow all employees to be housed in one building and offers ample space as the company intends to add more than 200 additional jobs in the area. In July of 2016, Relias announced the addition of 450 jobs in the local area by 2020 as part of a Wake County economic development initiative. The company is on track to honor this commitment and the move to a new, larger space underscores the impact of this growth. Triandiflou continued, “Adding a significant number of new hires requires enhanced infrastructure so that all our employees can continue to work in a state-of-the-art facility that allows for our collaborative, high energy culture to flourish. From the latest technologies to enhanced amenities, we want Relias to be a world-class destination for highly skilled workers who make, or are looking to make, the Triangle their home.” “It’s truly an honor to have Relias choose Perimeter Park. Relias’ innovative approach makes them a leader in their industry, and we’re honored to welcome them to the community of top-tier companies at Perimeter Park,” said Jeff Sheehan, Partner, Trinity Capital Advisors, owners of Perimeter Park. “As we continue to grow the park, Relias’ tenancy validates our belief that Perimeter Park continues to attract the best and brightest firms in the region.” In addition to adding hundreds of jobs to the Triangle, Relias has seen significant growth domestically and internationally. With seven acquisitions since the start of 2016, Relias now has U.S. offices in Boston, St. Louis and Boise as well as North Carolina. Last year they also opened offices in the U.K., Germany and China.
