Ms. Budnick brings more than 18 years of talent management experience including training, organization development, employee relations, performance management and recruitment. Previously she was a Senior Partner at Ogilvy & Mather in Chicago, where she led the Talent Management function for all business units including digital, advertising, public relations, direct and media. “As Relias continues its exponential growth, maintaining our core culture, hiring the best people, and developing our staff of 300 employees is a critical priority,” says Jim Triandiflou, CEO of Relias Learning. “A person with Jodi’s credentials and experience gives us dedicated executive attention on human capital.
