Along with Bauer’s appointment, Relias announced five new Vice Presidents, part of strategic restructuring to support continued growth. Bauer joined Relias Learning in February after spending 8 years with Bertelsmann leading strategy and acquisitions. Bauer has more than 15 years of experience in consulting, financial analysis, and operational management; he will serve a pivotal role in Relias’ Mergers and Acquisitions strategy. “We’re very excited to have Bjoern as our new Chief Financial Officer,” says Jim Triandiflou, CEO of Relias Learning. “Bjoern’s expertise in acquisitions and global experience will be tremendously valuable as Relias executes its growth plans. Finally, Emaley McCulloch has been named Vice President of The Relias Institute, a new division that will perform and analyze research involving training and staff development for the healthcare industry. McCulloch was previously co-founder and President of Autism Training Solutions, acquired by Relias in June 2014, and is considered one of the preeminent thought leaders in her field.
