How to Reset Your Password LEARNERS: If you need help with your Relias account, such as resetting your password, please contact your organization's Relias Administrator or your supervisor. ADMINISTRATORS/SUPERVISORS: Access Relias Connect through your organization's Relias site to access all its features and resources. Step 1: Navigate to your organization’s unique Relias website. (example: https://companyname.training.reliaslearning.com). If you do not know your organization’s specific URL, please contact your organization’s Relias Administrator or your supervisor. Step 2: Once you are on your organization’s Relias login page, click the “forgot your password” option. You can choose to either enter your username or your last name and email. If you do not have an email address in your account, please use the username option. If you do not see the “forgot your password” option, this indicates your organization does not allow you to reset your own password. Please contact your Relias Administrator or your supervisor for assistance. Step 3: Once you enter in your information, an automatic email will be sent to your email address containing a security code. You can either enter in that security code you received, or you can choose to answer your security questions if your account does not contain an email address. After you have entered your security code or answered your security questions, you can set up a new password. Now that your password has been successfully changed, you should be able to successfully log in to your organization’s site. Still have additional questions?
